The Audley Health Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG), in partnership with Approach Dementia Support, is planning to launch a regular dementia-friendly support and social group in Audley.
The group will be for people living with dementia, their families, carers and supporters, providing a welcoming place to meet others, enjoy activities and access support in a relaxed and friendly environment.
What you can look forward to:
Tea, coffee and conversation
Friendship and peer support
Activities and guest speakers
Games, quizzes and reminiscence sessions
A warm, welcoming space where nobody has to feel alone
Monday afternoons
