Online Consultation Service

In August 2373 patients used our online consultation service since we launched Total Triage.
 
Patient Triage is a great way for you to contact our practice for medical and admin requests.
 
It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us.

You can request the following:
Letters from the GP
A continuation/extension of your current fit or sicknote
An update on your referral
A repeat prescription / medication information
Get information for test results
Have a medical request
Have a query about something else
 
Medical Triage is open from 7am until 6pm Monday to Friday
 
You do not need to register for this service, you just need to be a patient at the practice.
 
We know that not everyone can get online. But if you can, next time you need us, why not give it a go?
 
We are always ready to answer the phone for anyone who needs to contact us this way.
