Today, BSL Communication Service Ltd had the pleasure of visiting Audley Health Centre, to provide consultancy on deaf accessibility and inclusive communication practices.
We explored a range of ways to make deaf patients feel more welcome – from improving signage and booking systems, to ensuring staff are confident in providing accessible communication support. It’s small changes like these that can make a huge difference in creating an inclusive and empowering experience for the deaf community.
