What is the friends and family test?
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that is being asked across all NHS service providers. This kind of feedback is vital in transforming NHS services and supporting patient choice.
We value feedback, both positive and negative and would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete our Friends and Family Test.
You can have your say several ways:-
1) Complete the form on this page
2) Fill in a form which are located in our Reception and post in the Friends & Family Post Box
3) Respond to the text message sent from the practice which will be sent out 24 hours after your appointment at the surgery.
