This week we’re supporting Eating Disorders Awareness Week, led by Beat, the UK’s eating disorder charity. The campaign aims to raise awareness, reduce stigma and encourage understanding of eating disorders, which can affect people of all ages, genders and backgrounds.
This year’s focus highlights how connection and support from family, friends, healthcare services and communities can help people feel less alone and more supported on their journey to recovery.
