Invitation for Audley Health Centre Patients
Tuesday 19th September (2pm-4pm)
Our PCN Practice Coordinators will be running a free workshop at Audley Health Centre to help set yourself up on the NHS App. You can order prescriptions, access medical records and book appointments. In this workshop we will show you how to use the app. You can turn up at any point, but please remember to bring photo I.D, preferably a passport.
We will also be showing you how to use our new online consultation service.
There is no need to call the surgery to book, we look forward to seeing you on the day.
