The new service provides professional health care advice, treatments, and medicines for common illnesses without the need for an appointment.
This service is open to everyone, whether you prefer to walk in, are referred by NHS 111, your GP, or another healthcare provider, for seven of the most common conditions which include:
– Sinusitis
– Sore Throat
– Acute Otitis Media
– Infected Insect Bite
– Impetigo
– Shingles
– Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infections in women.
Patients with symptoms relating to these conditions will be able to receive care from our expert pharmacists, who can offer advice and, when clinically necessary, prescription-only treatments.
