It is important to attend a yearly asthma review, to ensure your asthma is being managed correctly and efficiently.
Our elf was having trouble using their inhalers, but after a review with one of our nurses, they feel much better!
Our elf has some top tips to help manage your asthma…
– Check your inhalers are in date
– Keep an inhaler on you at all times, i.e. one in your bag, one at school
– Watch youtube videos to check your inhaler technique
– Keep up to date with your reviews
– Keep an eye out for your triggers, for example cold weather, or animals
