Free Stop Smoking Support
Thinking about quitting smoking? You’re not alone, and help is available.
We work with Everyone Health to offer a FREE Stop Smoking Programme for adults aged 18+. You’ll get friendly, expert support and access to free nicotine replacement products or stop-smoking medication to help you quit.
Who can join?
You can get support if you:
- Are 18 or older (or 16+ if leaving inpatient care)
- Live in Staffordshire
- Are a current smoker
- Aren’t getting stop smoking support from another provider
