🩺 NHS App Access When Changing GP Practice 🩺

Have you changed your GP practice?
Your NHS App will not automatically update with your new practice details.

To continue using the NHS App for:

  • 📄 Viewing your health information

  • 💊 Ordering repeat prescriptions

  • 📅 Booking appointments

You must re-register your NHS App account.


🔁 How to Re-register:

Step 1: Delete Your Existing NHS App Account

  1. Open the NHS App or go to nhs.uk

  2. Tap the person icon (top-right corner)

  3. Go to:
    SettingsManage NHS AccountLogin and Security Settings

  4. Select Delete my NHS account

Step 2: Remove the NHS App
🗑 Delete the app from your phone or tablet.

Step 3: Reinstall and Reconnect
📲 Download the NHS App again from the App Store / Google Play
✅ Set up your account again — this will reconnect you to Audley Health Centre
