Your NHS App will not automatically update with your new practice details.
To continue using the NHS App for:
📄 Viewing your health information
💊 Ordering repeat prescriptions
📅 Booking appointments
You must re-register your NHS App account.
🔁 How to Re-register:
Step 1: Delete Your Existing NHS App Account
Open the NHS App or go to nhs.uk
Tap the person icon (top-right corner)
Go to:
Settings
→Manage NHS Account
→Login and Security Settings
Select Delete my NHS account
Step 2: Remove the NHS App
🗑 Delete the app from your phone or tablet.
Step 3: Reinstall and Reconnect
📲 Download the NHS App again from the App Store / Google Play
✅ Set up your account again — this will reconnect you to Audley Health Centre
