Please can we remind all of our patients that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot ensure that the clinician will be able to see you and you will be asked to re-book your appointment.
We can appreciate it can be frustrating when we are running late and you may have to wait to see the doctor but in some circumstances this is beyond our control.
Arriving late causes delays throughout the day, meaning that no appointments would be running on time.
Please call 01782 276999 if you are going to be late so we can notify the clinician or if you need to re-arrange or cancel.
