What is an online consultation service (sometimes called Patient Triage)?

Patient Triage is a great way for you to contact our clinic for non-urgent medical or admin requests.
If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can call reception instead.
We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist but would love to hear your feedback.
It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us.
You can request the following:
✔️Letters from the GP
✔️ A continuation/extension of your current fit or sicknote
✔️An update on your referral
✔️ A repeat prescription / medication information
✔️Get information for test results
✔️Have a non urgent medical request
✔️ Have a query about something else
We have already had some great feedback about this service we now can offer all our patients at Audley Health Centre.
