Spring COVID-19 Booster – Are You Eligible?
Our GP practice is offering the Spring COVID-19 booster to eligible patients to help maintain protection against serious illness.
You may be eligible if you are:
• Aged 75 or over
• A resident in a care home for older adults
• Aged 18 years or over with a weakened immune system
If you are eligible, we strongly encourage you to book and attend your appointment. The vaccine provides important protection, especially for those at higher risk.
