The Audley Health Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG) is exploring the possibility of starting a regular dementia-friendly support and social group in Audley for people living with dementia, their families, carers and supporters with Approach Dementia Support.
The aim would be to provide:
Tea, coffee and conversation
Peer support and friendship
Activities and guest speakers
Games, quizzes and reminiscence sessions
A welcoming, relaxed environment where nobody feels aloneBefore making any plans, we’d love to hear from our patients and the wider community.
