Thank You for Attending Your Appointments in September!
In September, hundreds of patients attended their appointments at Audley Health Centre—thank you! By showing up, or letting us know in advance if you couldn’t attend, you helped others receive timely care. Every kept or cancelled appointment makes a real difference.
Unfortunately, in September 2025, we also recorded a number of Did Not Attend (DNA) appointments. Each missed slot represents valuable care time that could have gone to another patient in need.
Why It Matters
When appointments are missed without notice:
Another patient misses the chance to be seen.
NHS resources are wasted.
Delays in care increase for everyone.
The good news? Most patients already do the right thing. Let’s keep building on that together.
