What is Total Triage?

An online service that lets you contact us about a wide range of medical or admin needs—no waiting on hold, no need to come in person.

You can use it for:

  • Sick/fit note extensions

  • Repeat prescriptions or medication queries

  • GP letters

  • Test results

  • Referral updates

  • General health queries

  • Administrative support

When is it available?

🕖 Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
(Closed weekends and bank holidays)

  • Ask our Reception Team to text you a link

No problem! Our Reception Team can complete the form for you, so everyone can access the service.
