Please join us on Tuesday, October 10th from 11am-1pm as we aim to support and help those with Dementia in the local community.
We will have support from Aspire Housing, Newcastle North PCN Social Prescribers, Alzheimer’s Association and Approach.
If you, or anyone you know has been affected by Dementia, we can offer advice, support and guide you in the right direction for all your needs.
This will be held at Talke Pits Village Hall, we would love for you to join us
