💬 Young people aged 11–19 can text to get support with:
-Emotional wellbeing
-Bullying
-Relationships
-Self-esteem
-Sexual health
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents and carers can also text for advice on:
-Child health and development
-Weight
-Emotional wellbeing
